2. Introduction:

This High Frequency Welding Pipe Production Line is specialized to produce the HF straight seam welded pipes for structural pipe and industrial pipe with diameter of Φ48mm~Φ114mm and wall thickness of 4.0~5.0mm. Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication and rollers, the whole line can be reached high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.

3. Work process:

Uncoiling→ Leveling & Straightening→ Accumulating→ Leveling→ Forming→ HF welding→ Deburring (outer) → Cooling→ Sizing→ Straightening→ Cutting→ Discharging

• Pipe purpose: Electric heating tube, fridge pipe, Auto car pipe, sporting facility tube, furniture pipe, cooler pipe, pressure feeding pipe, construction pipe, configuration pipe.
• Round pipe size: Φ48mm~Φ114mm * 4.0mm~5.0mm
• Square pipe size: 80×80mm* 4.0mm~5.0mm
• Rectangle pipe size: 50×100mm * 4.0mm~5.0mm (a:b≤2:1)
• Producing length: 4~8m (can be designed by customer request)
• Cutting length precision: ±3mm (by hot frication computer saw)

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
