1. Description of goods:

Rolling mills are used to roll hot or cold ferrous or non-ferrous strips, wires and even rods. Depending on the type of mill it could be used for hot or cold breakdown and finishing of bar, sheet or strip. They can also be used for finish rolling of thin gauge stock, embossing or compacting.

2. Introduction:
Due to different numbers of rollers, the metal coil cold rolling mill is divided into 2 Hi, 4 Hi, 6 Hi, and 12 Hi AGC.
The 4-Hi cold rolling mill, one of metal coil cold rolling mill, is made from good quality raw material. A four-high cold rolling mill has four rolls, two small and two large. The two small rolls are work rolls in contact with metal coil, and the two large rolls are backup rolls which contact the back side of the small work rolls. At the same time, we are upgrading with the latest technological equipments when producing this cold rolling mill.

Details or drawings of vulnerable parts and spare parts of mechanical equipment (models for standard parts and drawings for non-standard parts), electrical schematic diagram, and schematic diagram of unit lubrication station and hydraulic station.
